Features of CAD - 15 of a separator

The separator of CAD - 15 was widely used, both on large elevators, and in the small farms which are engaged in cultivation of commodity grain. Uniqueness of this equipment consists in high - precision calibration of grain on specific weight, uniformity of seeds at separation of ±3% that gives the chance to emit grain with the increased maintenance of a gluten, the high content of protein. Quality indicators of separation are higher, than on separators and calibration cars known so far.

Cleaning and calibration

The separator makes cleaning and calibration of all known types of seeds, namely: Wheat, Barley, Oats, Millet, Sunflower, Corn, Peas, Mustard, Rees, Soy, Sorghum, Vika, Lupine, Caraway seeds, Lyon, Colza, Buckwheat, Semyon of herbs, Semyon of vegetables, Semyon of melon cultures, Semyon of beans and so on.

Also the separator is capable to clear and calibrate all known bulks with a diameter up to 15 mm, experiments on such materials as were made: Crushed stone, Granite crumb, Pebble, Marble crumb, Abrasive material, Zeolite, Dumps of breeds and so on.

Loading of a separator

Supply of grain needs to be organized independently on CAD - 15 separator height. The separated grain is taken away in capacity lower than the level of a floor on which the car is installed. At the request of the customer, separators are completed with wheels, grain loaders.

Ways of installation and operation of CAD - 15

The separator is established on zernoochistitelny complexes or in any other adapted rooms where it is possible to carry out loading and unloading of a separator.
